You'll receive a detailed drawing and proposal, reviewed and signed by you and your Knot Just Decks representative.
A 50% deposit secures your spot on our schedule, and a receipt will be sent to your address.
You'll review and sign off on a material selection sheet to ensure everything matches your vision.
Your Project Manager will provide weekly updates on your materials and overall project status.
We handle all required permits and coordinate underground utility checks for you.
Before work begins, you'll meet with your Project Manager, Foreman, and Sales Representative to align on details.
Daily construction reports from the Foreman. Site visits from your Project Manager to monitor progress.
A final walkthrough ensures everything meets your expectations.
You'll receive a Trex "Welcome Kit" via email, including all completed warranty information.
